I know it sounds crazy but I was only 8. I honest to god thought I was dying. My mum seen my pants and told me and I thought it was the end of the world. 
How did you guys react ?

I started when I was 14. I was the last of my friends to start, so I already knew all about it. I started in the middle of one of my basketball games though 😭 I had to run off the court during a timeout and cram a wad of toilet paper between my legs until I had time to borrow a tampon 😂

I was 13 and in public with my best friend. She had to tell my mom cause I was embarrassed and crying. My mom asked me if it was heavy or not like I knew what was a typical flow for a period or not. I cried cause it was brown and I thought I had pooped myself somehow. It was a terrible time.

I put toilet paper on my undies and madey friends mom take me home to get something that was "so!" Important because I was too embarrassed to tell them. But my friend easedropped on me talking to my mom and blabbed to her mom when we got back into the car. That nosey bitch! Lol 😂🙄😒

I checked if there were pads in my bathroom but there weren't any so I had to scream out that I needed a pad and my mom, aunt and cousin came rushing into the bathroom to tell me I was growing up and becoming a woman. All of this happened and I was sitting on the toilet.

I stared at it for a good minute or 2 and screamed for my mom "mom, I'm bleeding!!" and so she rushed over freaking out but it turns out it's just my period so my mom passed me a pad.
