Hostess Gift for Baby Shower host?

Hi girls,
I need some ideas.  My boss is throwing me a baby shower TOMORROW, and I still don't know how to thank her.  Of course, I could always give her something later (I do see her everyday lol).  Any ideas what to give her as a hostess gift and when?  If nothing else, I was thinking of maybe bringing her flowers or a plant tomorrow...? She lives somewhat rurally, so a spa certificate or restaurant certificate might be tricky.  Thanks!

I'm doing a fall themed basket since my shower is on the 22nd. It has a scarf, candle, mulling spices, caramel popcorn & pumpkin spice candy. 😊

I gave my hostesses a bottle of Baileys, some Starbucks coffee, a pretty mug, and some biscotti. 
They're both coffee junkies.

I have my good friends who hosted mine a unique piece of jewelry from this cute little gift shop by my work in a little jewelry box and treated them out to a dinner on me
