GO TO A PROFESSIONAL!!!! Seriously do not lighten your hair by yourself. With the right tone blonde can look good on anyone. Don't risk it all falling out or looking terrible.

I think Blonde hair would look really pretty on you, my hair is darker now but was really blonde; I'd only suggest doing it gradually because it can damage and break your hair so my hair still refuses to grow past my shoulders and your hair is at the perfect length

I think you should stay dark but to satisfy yourself get some highlights and see if you like that. If you like it ALOT the dye your whole head blonde, in the end who cares what we think it's your hair and if you like it then go for it.
