I have no idea what this is! Help I need info

Help. I have no idea what this is. I noticed the lump last night. And just left it be because I figured it would go down. I went to the bathroom earlier tonight and checked on it to see if it had went down. It had swelled up to about half an inch. I touched it and puss and blood started seeping out. So I squeezed it and puss and blood literally squirted out of it. I've been in a relationship with this guy for about a year and a half, so I know it can't be an STD. It had two puncture holes when I first squeezed it. And now its split open. I'm going to the gyno for the first time on the 19th but am to anxious to wait that long to figure out what this is. It didn't hurt at first. But now that I've messed with it, its pretty irritated and painful. The marks around it is the size of the lump inside. Its bruised also. Its in the crease of my thigh and vaginal area. But not close enough to the hair to be irritated when I shave. I worked a 8 hour shift (I clean all day so I'm moving around and sweating a lot) that day I went down and cleaned an unfinished basements bathroom and I saw a couple spiders. I feel like I would felt it if I got bit, but I'm not for sure. Please someone tell me what this is or could be.. Thank you..
