HELP FTM! Anyone think this is a sign of labor starting from past experiences?

Rhea • Had my bubs Christian Wesley King on October 19, 2016 ❤️ Just found out I’m pregnant with baby #2 and due on September 30th, 2019!! 🤗
HELP!! FTM here and I'm due tomorrow!!! This morning around 1:30am I started getting these pulsing feelings in my upper abdomen that turned into this feeling like my insides were being wrung out like a towel, there was a ton of pressure as well and there was a dull pain radiating down my lower back. They weren't necessarily painful pulses but very uncomfortable and intense. It kind of took my breath away. They came in waves that lasted anywhere from 15-50 seconds and would come at 5, 12 and 15 mins apart randomly. I have also had diarrhea 2x in the last 12 hours and my discharge is starting to increase. The wringing contractions stopped at 6:30am and I have been having light period cramps on and off since then. I am not sure what contractions feel like so I'm not sure if these were some of them since everyone is different. I haven't lost my mucous plug at all that I know of because I pee 90x a day it feels like and I don't always check. Braxton Hicks contractions have definitely increased as well. Doc said I was thinning out and only slightly dilated the last two appointments.
So question... Have any other moms out there experienced these symptoms and went into labor within the next few days? I heard diarrhea is an awesome sign because your body is clearing out and if that's the case bring it on!! 😂 I just have a weird feeling he is going to come in the next few days but I'm not sure if these symptoms are just messing with my head or not. Doc said to stay home until things get more regular with contractions.
