I've got to vent!

I've had FOUR people announce their pregnancies on social media in the past 3 days... FOUR people. My husband and I are trying, but I'm getting discouraged and incredibly jealous. Other than my husband, the only other person who knows we are TTC is my best friend and she has been struggling with infertility for years. So she understands my frustration, but I feel bad bringing it up because it hurts her feeings too. I just want to scream. And cry. Then scream again. Anybody else going through it too? Babies and pregnant people are literally everywhere!
