Will I gag giving head if I'm not deep throating?

I have a severe fear of gagging and throwing up (judge me) and it makes me terrified of sucking my boyfriends dick because I've heard horror stories of girls gagging or throwing up. I have a very small mouth and very sensitive gag reflex. I've tried it a few times but can't do it for more than 20/30 seconds at a time before I get anxious about gagging. All I put in my mouth is the head/tip and nothing more. I already tried the thumb in hand trick but it doesn't do anything for me. But do I really have to worry about gagging or throwing up if I'm not deepthroating and only taking the head?

Being relaxed goes a long way. I know that's easier said than done, especially with anxiety but try to relax and go at a slow pace if you need to. Don't try to make your lips touch his hair right away but inch up when you feel comfy. Also, for some reason being REALLY turned on stops my gag reflex. Try to save head for after he has done a few tricks on you. If nothing works, it's totally ok girly. I'm sure he loves any effort you put in :)

you know how deep you can go before you hit the gag reflex. a good truck is to use your hand with your mouth to give him the feeling you're going deep, but really you only have like half or less in your mouth

I think if you keep thinking about gagging you might accidentally make yourself gag. Just try to relax and take it out of your mouth if you feel like you're going to gag
