help, please

So I this is a quick question, so I have lower right pain in my tummy it's like to the left of my hip, so I talked to the doctor and they asked if I could be pregnant, I said I can't (I lied tho cuz I'm 15) so I was wondering for anyone who got pregnant was there ever a pain so sharp in your lower right abdomen that you need to keep laying down. Cuz my mom thinks it's apendicitis and I hope I'm not pregnant
