very crampy

AF is due in 5 days and today I've been feeling really crampy/achey. I have the past few days but it's been like all day today. I keep feeling like I'm going to start. Is this normal? I know it's like pms, but I usually only feel this way the day before or the day of AF. It just worries me feeling crampy all day when I'm 5 days away.
