More Ways To Cleanse The Body
Hi guys. My I've been doing a good job at making sure I get atleast 2 liters of water a day. TMI: My stomach pains are going away since then and I've been crapping more often now. I want to know some other ways I can cleanse My body. I know people say lemon water is good because not only does it "detox" your body but it also helps curve your appetite so you aren't eating so much and control how much your intaking. What are some smoothies or drinks that can also help? Thanks!
