pls help☹️

So I'm in a relationship with this guy but it feels like everything I do he'll lose his temper. For example if another guy is messaging me in general he gets really angry but expects me to not say anything when he is talking to other girls. I've also noticed lately that no matter how many times I've told him that I'm not seeing anyone else behind his back he still thinks I'm cheating and doing him dirty which means he causes arguments over almost anything I say. I'm kind of feeling like there's no happiness anymore and that all we ever do is argue and it's so draining. What do you ladies think I should do?? ☹️🤔
