a friend needs help

So a friend of mine just started having sex, she had her period in October and hasn't had it since, the last time she had sex was 18'th or 19'th of November. She also started having sex on the 31'st of October, just after her period ended. Abortion isn't an option if she is pregnant because her mum would find out. And she also can't get a pregnancy test also because of her mum. She is freaking out and needs advice on what she can do and how to handle it.
