Help!

Im a ftm..and my 4 month old got a good scratch on his face yesterday from a baby light up toy at the babysitters ( it was the on/off button that scratched him)..my question is what can I put on it? I no longer breast feed so I don't have any milk to put on it. He constantly has his hands in his face and mouth because he is teething so I need something safe if it got on his hands. I don't want it getting infected or scarring.
