Losing some weight
I'm 16 and I weigh 122 super happy with my weight. I wanted to lose like some tummy fat I just don't know how. I kind of like working out but I'm not consistent with it. I know eating healthy is like half of losing weight and then plus working out. Is there anyone who has lost weight from just eating healthier? If so, what was your diet like? This isn't a huge priority it's just something I'd like to take care of since I'm young.
