Heartbeat?

Question

My first appointment will be next Monday and I will be 7 weeks and 1 day. Would they be able to hear a heartbeat by then? And see my baby on ultrasound?

We heard and saw the heartbeat through a transvaginal ultrasound at exactly 6 weeks!

I just went to mine a couple of days ago and I was 7 weeks 2 days... didn't hear the heartbeat but was shown the flicker on the the screen. It was very obviously a heartbeat!!

I couldn't hear the heartbeat in the doctors office until 12 weeks. I did see it in my US at 8 and 9 weeks though.

I bought a home fetal Doppler and heart the heartbeat myself at 10 weeks.

You should be able to. I was 7w at my first appointment and saw the heartbeat. We tried to listen but the baby kept moving around

Most people hear the heartbeat around 7-8 weeks!

You might not get to hear the heart beat . My doctor tried  at 11 weeks and couldn't find it and I had to wait until 16 weeks I think . People normal only get a few ultrasounds I got one at 7 weeks cuz I didn't know my due date and I had a miscarriage my first pregnancy so we had to see if baby was OK . Then I had another ultrasound at 20 weeks to find out the gender but even me being kinda high risk pregnancy I have only got 2 ultrasounds so far

Mine didn't do an US at the first appt (not much to see at this point).  Sometimes you can hear the heartbeat, sometimes not- if you don't it's nothing to be worried about.
