When you were pregnant did you follow all rules to the max? I can't just drink water all day so I drink some tea or caffeine free coke or kool-aid some too. Is that ok?

Midwife told me up to 3 cups of coffee or caffeinated soda a day is ok. I also ate sushi and lunch meat and everything turned out fine. As long as you know the origin of the products and use it with moderation it's all good !

I'm pretty sure I had 200mg of caffeine everyday and wayyy more sugar than I should have. My little peanut is perfect! She made me crave sweets and soda, which is sooooo not me!

I stay away from corn syrup & dont drink soda when not preggo. Corn syrup is more addictive than cocaine & can make u feel hungry when ur not. (I don't wanna feel any more hungry than I already do! lol) So i would find alternatives to the cokes. But I'm sure baby is fine. Just my 2 cents as a trainer :)

I drank coke my entire pregnancy will my son and he's 18 months and fine , I am 33 weeks pregnant with my daughter and still didn't give up pop and she's perfect! I think drinking coke is the least of what some people do I don't smoke or so drugs. Lol

Woth my first i followed practically every rule 2 a tee. With my second i was a bit easier on the rules but not too much. This time im a bit more lax..i drink bubble tea or a decaf about 5 or 6 times a week and maybe once every 1 month i have some non caffeinated root beer...saying this i love water and dont normally drink this stuff iv just been craving these drinks

Caffeine is perfectly fine. Just keep it under 200 mg a day and you're set.
I just made sure that I drank as much water as possible and I had coffee nearly every day. 
My little one turned out fine. Just don't have caffeine before your doctors appointment! It ups your blood pressure.

I had 4 cans a day. Thats how much caffeine you can have. If you like sodas, you can drink the ones without caffeine like rootbeer, sprite etc. Keep in mind how much sugar and cafeeine you have a day, as long as you do it in moderation you should be OK. If you havegestational  diabetes or preclampsia you should follow doctors orders.
