Breastfeeding 🚼💗

Have you noticed when you eat certain foods your baby stomach get upset? Research says what you eat really doesn't effect the baby much buuuut I'm curious if you all have stories that say otherwise ? My baby girl keeps projectile puking a TON once and day and I'm trying to prevent it if I can. I get it babies spit up, but she pukes A LOT and get right back on the boob cause she hungry again.
