milk bleb
Anyone have a milk bleb? What did you do to break it up and how long did it take you? My lactation consultant said olive oil soaked cotton ball between feedings and then a warm wet washcloth before and after feeds to massage it out. It's slightly painful but more so freaks me out to look at!
