Clogged Ducts :(

I exclusively pump every 3 hours. I have a crazy good supply so if i even wait until 4 hours i have clogged ducts like crazy. It is so painful and takes me like a whole day of massage, heat, ice and extra pumping to fix it. Im worried that one of these times its going to turn into mastitis and ill have to quit breast feeding. Is there anything i can do to prevent getting clogged ducts for the times i cant pump every 3 hours on the dot??
