Starting to get a little worried

Im two days late I took two pt and they came back bfn. The reason why im worried I'm having pelvic pain and side pain and my lower back hurts theses are the same signs I had before when I had two ectopic pregnancies one in 2015,2016.The first time they caught it in time and gave me a shot the second time I had to have surgery and the took out my left tube and also my ovary. I don't want to freak my husband out but I know my body and I just have this gut feeling that this might be the third time of ectopic pregnancy. I'm just feeling hopeless at this point because we really want a baby.
