Whose in the wrong?

Just watched a video on Instagram (don't have a link) of a women who was going 16mph over the speed limit (66mph in a 50mph zone) and she was pulled over for speeding. 
The officer was very nice and came over to tell her what she'd done and ask for license and proof of registration. She told him she had to go to the bathroom and that she had a bladder infection. He said okay can I see your license and registration. She refused and told him no and that she needed to leave to use the bathroom. She ended up being arrested for refusing to comply. Who do you think was in the wrong? (I tried to relay the story as unbiased as I could--you could probably find a video of it if you look hard enough)

If she had the time to argue with him, then she had the time to get what he was asking for. Plain and simple. It's her fault and she only has herself to blame.

She should have realized that officers don't take excuses. People make up all kinds of crazy stories to get out of a ticket/being arrested. Why should he believe her over anyone else?

She should have complied , he probably would have just ran her shit saying that she didn't have any warrants or anything and let her go

I'd like to see the video if you find a link. But really.. I understand needing to pee but I think she could've taken a few seconds to show the officer her licence and registration

The woman. She would have been out of there quicker had she complied. Besides she could have been lying. If she had to pee that badly she would have gone to the first fastfood restaurant around.

In many states (if not all) it's actually a law that when pulled over or detained by an officer, you must provide identification (showing ID or verbally identifying yourself).

She was in the wrong. Respect the laws and those who enforce it.

Clearly the woman. That could of been an excuse. And if I ever had to pee that bad I pulled over and went behind a tree.

I just watched the video and she was definitely in the wrong, she had an attitude the second he stopped her, she refused to give id, refused to get out of the car and tried to get sympathy by saying he hurt her when he was doing his job, she clearly didn't need to pee as she would've peed herself when he got her out the car. Her granddaughter posted the video and tried to get an apology and anger management for the cop, then said her grandmother is humiliated and embarrassed because of the publicity the story got and tried to blame police when it was her granddaughter brought that posted the story/video. Completely stupid and deserves what she got, also she's 77 and this happened in 2012.

Regardless of wether or not she actually had an infection the officer still needed to ID her. Even if he is going to let her go on her way there are procedures to be followed.
And having a bladder infection doesn't give you the right to speed. You will most certainly be held up farther if you get in an accident because you are driving recklessly.

Anybody who voted it was the officers fault just cops and would blame them for anything.
