making living arrangements worse??

Ok so I've been talking to the guy and we've be talking for like over 2 months now, still haven't met up yet! I say to him about it and he said yeah on bonfire night weekend I thought yeah that's fine then the night before he said he wasn't feeling good but still wanted to meet up and he would call me the next day...next day heard nothing, waited all day for him to call and nothing so I just thought that's it not gonna hear from him again but the day after he texted me explaining how he hasnt been feeling well and that's he didn't wanna mess me about aswell as that he has got too much going on with collage and work and he had no time for anyone else right now ? So I just said ok we won't meet up then, he said after xmas would be better for him as he "won't have so much on" then a few weeks went by and I was just getting bored so I just said "let me come and see you this weekend" then he stared saying that he didn't think we should meet up and that he couldn't text me anymore because texting me was making his living arrangements worse ?? Help what's does that mean ? Does he have a girlfriend or what?
