no sex after baby for six weeks...?

I know I can ask my doctor next appointment, but me and the fiancé were talking tonight and now we are curious and I wanted to see if anyone else on here happens to know:
"No sex"... does that mean JUST no sex or no orgasms all together? 
Anal sex?
Oral sex? (For me of course!) 
Or is it just no, nothing for six weeks? FTM so I'm not sure if it's JUST the vaginal penetration that causes internal hemmoraging and/or risk of infection or if an orgasm can put you at risk too or if anal can cause any problems...

Your vag is going to feel pretty loosey, goosey during that time. You need to do kegels and squats like crazy to get those muscles flexing all your business back to the right places. Not only that but if you tear you'll have stitches. While you have stitches you shouldn't have sex any kind (vag,oral,anal) not to mention while you have stitches it's probably going to be really tender and sore down there. Plus after baby, you're going to have the heaviest period of your life, it's called lochia. Google that one! It's HJ and BJ for your finance those 6 weeks if he can't wait. Hopefully he can respect and appreciate you just pushed a watermelon out of your lady parts and sh*t is going to be messed up for a little bit. Have no fear with some work, it'll all be back to good! I know for sure no penetration. And honestly depending on how the delivery goes, you may be too sore to do anything. I had a 3rd degree tear with my first and was definitely sore for pretty much the whole six weeks.

I honestly had no urge to have sex at 6 weeks...sore, scared, exhausted all at once lol.  Boy how things change 😉 but all for the better of course👶💖
