Did my water break?

So I am 38+1 FTM. my mucuz plug fell out 3 days ago, and yesterday I had my first cirvix check. She said I was 1 almost 1.5cm dialated and 70% effaced. She even said she could feel his head. Well last night I was having a lot more discharge than normal (sorry TMI). My normal discharge is milky looking and this dicharge was more watery with a timy bit of milkiness to it but not much. All night every time I'd roll over it would feel like a heavy period gush. And this morning I blew my nose and same thing heavy period gush feeling, almost like I peed my pants a little... but it was discharge...

I guess I'm wondering if this has happened to any of you, and what you guys think it is. Is it the trickle of my water breaking or is it normal dicharge after an exam. I didnt see if she put any of that goup on the glove before she checked me 😕. Oh and I haven't had any contractions that I know of...

If your water breaks you will feel a trickle every 15 mins or so. If not, it's either pee or I'm not sure? The sneezing/nose blowing is prob pee. Smell your panties. If it smells like ammonia, it's pee. If you can stop the flow by doing a level, it's pee. If it hasn't happened again in hours, it's most likely pee.

I was leaking with my first, went around the house yelling that I kept peeing half the day and finally my mom told me "it's probably not pee call your dr!" I had no contractions but they had me go get checked at the hospital and sure enough, it was fluid! Definitely worth a trip in, I'd call your dr
