loosing hope 💔😞

Had a laparoscopy and they discovered endometriosis 😞 been ttc for 2 years now I feel like I'm never going to conceive because of the endo !! Doctor cleaned me up and said I should be good .. I want to try immediately and he said it's really up to me he's just concerned I might miscarry too soon 😭 why is that ? .. well he encouraged me into taking Birth control pills for atleast 3 months and then try after that .. I kindda don't want to take the pills I feel like that might just mess up my cycle and take me even longer (than the already 2 years I've been ttc) so I just don't want to wait 😭😞 has anybody been through something similar and got pregnant right after the lap for endo ? I'm so upset I'm loosing hope 💔
