REALLY need YOUR advice!

I got offered a new job to start mid January. I gave my current office my two weeks notice. My fertility specialist is wanting me to start my IUI process mid January. I was reviewing the benefits of the new job, and you have to work there a year to qualify for FMLA. I spoke to the Hiring manager and asked if hypothetically I was to get pregnant before the year mark and had the baby before then, what we would do. Awkward conversation to be had but I had to ask. Ladies, what do you think?! Should I stay at my current job or go to the new one?
