I'm curious on what everyone thinks. My mom told me that if you ever wonder things like leaving the relationship or if he really loves you or if he's the one or not, then he's not the one and you might as well break it off. She also has a horrible love life so I take what she says lightly but I figured it'd be fun to discuss.

I think it's healthy to take a step back and evaluate your situation sometimes.
You can get so caught up in living life it's good to question your choices and make sure you are constantly doing what's best for yourself.

Well with my past relationship when i started thinking about my future and they werent in it, and i could say i love them but not in a romantic wanna spend the rest of my life with them type of way, and i kept second guessing everything he said or did that it was time for me to move on.

I think it just depends. For me, I've had very traumatic things happen and I have an anxiety disorder so my mind races constantly and I worry and over analyze and second guess what people say all the time, especially in relationships. I would imagine for someone that doesn't have these issues, there might be some truth.

Uh I dated someone for four years and I knew after year two that it was over and I didn't love him. But I stayed cause we had history. Long story short, I would have married him out of obligation (cause I didn't want to hurt him) but SO GLAD I DIDNT. I am now happily married to a man I never doubted and we are so in love. If you doubt you gotta get out ✌🏼️💕
