pre eclampsia?

So had a dr appointment Wednesday and they told me I had elevated blood pressure and protein in my urine. I've also had problems with swelling and I gained 3 lbs in one week! I'm so worried about pre eclampsia and I'll only be 24 weeks tomorrow. They told me to keep and eye on my blood pressure and come back in two weeks instead of a month. I had it with my first baby but I was 38 weeks with very high blood pressure and they induced me that day. So my question is what will they do if I'm still showing signs at my next appointment? I'll be about 26 weeks by then.
