hair growth and health maintenance

Have any of youse tried the original mane 'n tail products ?. many people say it's really good for hair growth and keeps your hair shinny and soft. If any of youse have tried it please let me know what your experiences were like. Feel free to Drop a before and after picture or just one.  And let me know what product you used. Or if any of you know any really good hair growth products or tips please do tell!! I haven't come across any that have worked. Let me know how long it took for your hair to grow using the products and or tips and how long it grew.
