should I see a doctor?

I've been having issues wth my labia (for the first time ever!) recently. I'll get cysts at random, and if I press my finger against any one of my lips I feel little hard nubs. Now, I've never had any issues with my pubic region before, in fact, I've never given it an awful lot of thought. I know that this can't be an STI since I'm a virgin. I just wanted to know if this is common enough that I shouldn't see a doctor?
