Washable cloth pads!!!
My big goal this year is to make a bunch of small steps toward a low waste life style. One of the ways I'm doing this is by using a diva cup & these really cute washable cloth pads! They have a ton of different prints and colors on Etsy! 
Other ideas:
-don't take straws/lids on to go cups
-keep a fork and spoon at work (no plastic utensils)
-bring your own coffee mug
-keep a refillable glass water bottle/don't buy plastic ones
- keep a bowl at work
