My son (2.5 years old) has RSV, but now he has a rash on this neck, chest and back. Small red bumps. Is this just viral and a side effect of the RSV, or something to be worried about?

RSV is viral. I would call my pediatrician just to ask their opinion and to see if you should use Benadryl. My son had it at 7 months and it was rough.

My son had a rash when he had RSV. He got it at 6 months old and it was HELL.
