Did you get headaches in early pregnancy? Like pounding I can feel my pulse in my head.. this is day 4 of this headache 🤕😭
*i drink 60-100oz of water everyday because of my heart condition.
*i refuse to take meds unless all natural
***any suggestions of how to get rid of a headache this bad I seriously appreciate!

Have you suddenly cut out caffeine?

I refused to take medicine like you and suffered through headaches through most of my pregnancy. My dr did prescribe me a medicine that has a combination of tylenol caffeine and something else in order to break the cycle and it worked. No headaches since. If it continues you may want to try that. I know you said you dont want to take medicine but it was such a relief to be headache free after having them for so long.

I already suffered from migraines before pregnancy and pregnancy made it worse on top of having withdrawls from not having caffeine, i stopped drinking soda when i found out and about a month later my headaches were so excruciating and all the doctor told me i could take was Tylenol which didnt help at all and the only thing that helped was laying in bed in the dark with a cold pack on my head, thankfully the headaches went away after my first trimester and havent been back since.

Nothing severe yet for me but I do remember seeing a Glow post (those articles under our logs) that said headaches are normal.

Eat magnesium rich foods, the only one that comes to mind is pumpkin seeds I know there's more.
