What should I do.

Question

As my luck has it. Not only am I miscarrying. I seem to be very sick. My temp spiked up to 102 and I cannot even seem to hold fluids down. Forget about food. I'm in so much physical pain. Any advice would be appreciated. 
Update:
I'm going to try and go in to urgent care tonight if I can. Was just trying to avoid the ER if I could.

I would go to the hospital. The temp could actually be from the miscarriage beginning to cause an infection. In that case they would need to do an emergency D&E. I would definitely go get checked if I were you! It's better to be safe and under a doctors eye, than at home with a million questions! Good luck! I hope you feel better!

I agree. You'll feel much better with some pain meds and IV fluids. If you can't hold down fluids for 24 hours then you definitely need to get medical attention.
