Questionable Discharge

My discharge has been pinkish brown for about a week now and I don't know what it could be. My period ended on the 24 of December, so I don't think it's the period aftermath. I do have an iud, but I've had it for 7 months now and I haven't had that normal brown discharge since a month after insertion. I'm a bit worried because I've had some light cramping with it too. Does anyone know what it could be or has anyone experienced it?
