Soreness

ok so idk about anyone else but my boyfriend and i have sex quite a bit and the only time i've ever gotten sore was our first time. and today is our 2 year anniversary and we had sex and right after i was immediately SO sore, he wanted to go again and i just couldn't so i told him and he was thinking of ways to help soothe the pain but we're stuck. does anyone have any ideas on how i can help soothe it?
