what do I do ?

This guy who I thought liked me used me just to give him head and do other things even tho I haven't done anything like that before. He stopped answering my texts after and ignoring me and now I can't stop crying and feeling like shit about myself. I don't know what I did wrong and I'm scared He will expose me.
