Pregnant again

Okay I know there are other mommies of April babies that are already pregnant again and I NEED some encouraging words! I literally just found out I'm pregnant again. We planned another baby just not so soon! I'm having mixed emotions. I am happy, but so scared. Worried my little guy won't be my baby anymore. I feel sad for him. He hasn't gotten to have me all to himself for very long. How will I take care of 2 babies?
