eczema?

Any other new moms dealing with post-partum eczema? I get rashes all the time now for no known reason! Went to the derm because it does not seem like the eczema I'm used to seeing on kids, I get puffy welt like bumps on my outer thigh, ankles and back of my arm. Nothing seems to help- I do Cortizone, Aveeno oatmeal baths, have been prescribed two different creams, the itch is unreal. Luckily it doesn't look too horrible. Anyone else dealing with this post pregnancy?? Or anyone who has had eczema rashes and know some tricks? Only thing I haven't tried yet is taking benadryl.
