Late period just venting

I hate periods especially when they are late for no reason I can tell! I have a 6 month old breastfed baby, my period has never been late. It was even on time 5 weeks after I had my baby exactly when it would have come had I not had a baby. My husband and ARE trying for another baby and my period was late, yay! Took a test, negative. Thats okay no big deal a week goes by still no period so I tested again, negative. What? Now I'm almost 2 weeks late and still no sign of it coming at all! Im frustrated because we are going on vacation in 3 days i dont want to have to deal with a period on vacation if it chooses to come and I'm hoping it means I'm pregnant! Just want to know whats going on with my body! Ha ha
