not what I want to come home to after a long day

I know that most of us just want to come home to a quiet clean house and relax after ten hours away.  But day after day coming home to someone blasting music and shaking my whole house, I'm fucking over it.  Talk about little to no respect for your roommate/lease holder.  Making it nearly fucking impossible to unwind.  In all honesty it puts me in even worse of a mood than I have been in all day.
