stressed about dieting and weight loss
I have moments where I think I look beautiful and I love my body and then I have moments literally a few minutes after that make me hate my body. I tried to lose weight by using a diet tracker, but it just stressed me out to the point where I was tempted to stop eating meals. I've been in the process of doing exercises at home and I've been watching what I eat more, but not starving myself. For example, I'd still eat sweets. I'd just eat a smaller portion of it. Water has also been my friend lately. I allow myself to have one glass of whatever else I want to drink at dinner with the rest of my drinks being water. I tried my best to follow the diet tracker. It made me cry and think even worse of myself.
I feel so fat because I have fat under my boobs and a little belly fat hangs over my hips. I weigh around 140lbs and I'm 5'3. What should I do? I just want to lose the fat in the two places I mentioned earlier and/or tone up my belly and butt
