is this ovulation test positive?

Question

Af just stopped yesterday and I am on letrozole 5 mg generic for femara 
 To induce ovulation. If this is a positive opk...isn't it too early to be ovulating or can letrozole cause early ovulation? I noticed a lot of ewcm and mild cramping which is why I tested today. 
Just needing some info.

Some info states that Femara may cause false positives on opks depending on when your last dose was. I'd ask your Dr.
