No Poop

So ladies.... I have a question for y'all. I'm a FTM and my baby girl will be 7 weeks on Thursday, and the last time she's been poop is last night. She's breast fed, and I have noticed since last night a decrease in her eating, but she still eats. And she pees (a lot), and has been fussy today. What could be the cause? And what would you ladies do? :/
