Daughter is impatient

I started a lot of really bad habits with my daughter on accident being a first time mom. I didn't realize while I was trying to make her life easier, I was setting myself up for failure. She is so impatient with food. She screams at night once she gets out of the bath tub until she gets her bottle. She has had a bath every night since she her belly button fell off. We take her out of the bath, lotion her, swaddle her and then read a book and give her a warm bottle. Around 6 weeks old she started crying for her bottle while being lotioned so we started giving it to her while we were lotioning and swaddling her. Now she expects it. She is 15 weeks old and she will scream and cry if she doesn't get her food within a minute of being out of the bath. I nurse her throughout the day and and at night and she starts SCREAMING in the time it takes me to put one boob away and get the other one out of the nursing bra. Is this something we can fix or is it just who she is? I wasn't a single mom 5 weeks ago so I'm getting used to trying to do everything with only two hands.
