Age baby eats cereal, veggies, & fruits ?

What age did you feed your baby baby cereal and fruits & veggies ? Is 3 months too early or should you wait til the baby reaches 4 months ? I'm curious to know .. Please comment any thoughts !

3 months is much to early. 6 months is pretty standard. You should speak with your pediatrician.

3 months is too early. You should wait to at least 4 months and some experts even suggest 6. This is because the acids in the stomach aren't as high as they need to be to break down anything but milk so they don't break down food easily. As baby grows they gain a little more acid activity. I was actually just reading an article on this. Sometimes cereals can be started if baby cant stay full but I'd talk to the pediatrician 1st just to make sure.
