One hell of a day.

Went to urgent care with a sharp pain all on my left side. Thought I was getting a uti. No big deal. Come to find out.....I'm pregnant. First pregnancy! We couldn't have been happier! It shocked me because my last period started on the 9th and today being the 18th, needless to say, I was in shock. Then everything started to make sense, the nausea, the tender breasts, how did I not put the puzzle together? They sent me off to get an ultrasound. My head was already spinning, who would have thought I would find out I'm pregnant and have my first ultrasound in 1 day? The tech said the radiologist would call with the results later on in the day. It's now 7pm, No call. So I contact the urgent care and speak with the PA who I saw earlier today. She tells me that nothing was showing up on the usltrasound. And that either it's too early to tell, or its ectopic. I'm praying it's just to early. I'm scared it's ectopic. We've been waiting for our baby for 2 years. I can't handle the thought of not having this baby after getting that positive. I'm an emotional wreck.
