Is it worth buying one?

Ok so question to you ladies ive never been pregnant before so i wouldnt know the answer to this and i know towait til my missed period but have any of you had these symptoms in the beggining of pregnancy? Ive been extremely tired, hungry, mood swings, lower back pain, nauseous, and peeing more often. Would it be worth buy a test now?
