Wet undies??

So lately my panties have been soaking wet. Usually my discharge would make my panties wet but it's something different. It's more of a watery substance but it's definitely not pee. I'm sick and I have a very bad cough. I'm thinking when I cough this liquid comes out and gets in my underwear. Does anyone know what this might be or can help in anyway? That would be much appreciated, thank you. XO
