odd ovulation times

I'd like to know if anyone else has experienced this.. I keep track of my cycle using glow and also test with clear blue ovulation tests. The 14th of January was my peak fertile day and then again exactly 2 weeks later on the 28th? So odd to me... I average a 28 day cycle so normally I would've been starting my period on the 29th.. we've been TTC for 6 months now and this cycle I had experienced some bleeding and cramping starting toward the end of ovulation. The first day was a pink blood and I was still getting high fertility with clear blue. The second day I also read high fertility with light bleeding. The bleeding had turned red but continued to be very light. Lighter than a period and lasted 4 days. My period averages 6? I have no idea what happened and I've talk to 2 doctors over the phone that have said they don't know how or why I'd ovulate twice in a month but they aren't concerned?
